8 yearsGot a call from someone pretending to be BT. It was a recorded message threatening to cut off my service unless I pressed (1) to speak to a rep. When I did, the caller told me to switch on my computer so he could show me a bunch of fault reports. I told him we had loads of computers in our fraud team, so which one did he mean? Then he just started insulting me, calling me a “daft woman from the UK”, and ended the call straight away!BTUKSubmit Your Own Report (01935 108940)
