i got a call from some bloke who said he was john and worked for a window company. he reckoned i was the home owner, but when i asked which property he meant, he just hung up on me. pretty obvious it was a scam.

My phone showed a Weston-super-Mare number but also said it was international, which can’t be right. I let it ring till the voicemail kicked in and then just ended the call.

this guy talked really smooth, said he was from some government eco grant thing in oxford when i asked who exactly he worked for. he wanted to know if we’d ever received any government help before. as soon as i told him no, he just hung up on me.

Got a call from a bloke saying he was Tom, chatting about some loft insulation thingy. Proper posh English accent, but the moment I asked for some ID, he just put the phone down. This is the second time I’ve had a call like this. Number looked like it was from the UK, but I can’t seem to find any info on it. Watch out, folks!
