I think it’s from tails.com - probably after you took one of their surveys or something similar. They usually send out a code that lets you have two weeks’ worth of pet food for free, and you just have to cover a small delivery fee of £2.

Got a call from this number at 9:34 in the morning on 15/08/2018, picked up and they just hung up immediately. Blocked it right away. Seems like one of those dodgy automated calls from some random number creator.
