Annoying telemarketer from a noisy call centre.

When I picked up the phone, I was met with a recorded message instead of an actual person. The voice inquired if I was the property owner and insisted that it wasn't a sales call. I’m left a bit baffled by the whole thing. In the end, I just ended the call.

urghh! got a call from some bloke called paul jones, or something like that. he claimed he was ringing from an energy company about high usage in my postcode. weirdly, he sounded like he was in some kind of echoey room. said it wasnt a cold call, then asked if i owned the house. before i could say much, he just went straight into his sales pitch. when i cut in asking if he knew about the do not call register, he just dropped the call. blocked him straight away.

Got another one of those cheeky callers who just won’t stop buzzing away, then when you finally pick up, all you get is some pre-recorded goodbye message. So annoying!

I rang the number back and got a voicemail saying ‘this is Effective Homes’ but no one picked up. Pretty sure it’s just some marketing spam.
