Gladstone Brooke’s called me once about an enquiry, but I told them I wasn’t interested and wanted no more calls. Yet, they kept pestering me non stop! One week they phoned me 16 times! The most recent was at 7:30 in the evening, and on a SUNDAY too! I lost it and told them to remove me from their list straight away. They did leave me alone for about a week, but now they’re back at it again just today!

Gladstone Brookes called again. My partner has already told someone there he’s not interested in their services. Just now, a daft woman asked if I was his wife Susan - my name isn’t Susan at all! She insisted that my husband needs to phone them to get his name off their list. I made it very clear the company’s been reported to me multiple times for harassment and it’s the number that needs to be removed, not just my name! Honestly, the worst company we've come across when it comes to pestering people.

I’ve had a couple of calls from this number now. The first one was just dead silence, no one said a word. The second time, a man with what sounded like an accent just kept saying “hello” over and over. When I asked if he could hear me, he said yes and then immediately hung up.
