Tried to speak to the owner of the business but they just cut me off mid-call without a word, really impolite.

I got a call about some road safety initiative in Devon; the person said they were in charge of road safety for Devon Schools, but the call came from Warrington, which was odd. They tried to thank us for backing a March campaign and then asked us to back another one. Thing is, we never took part in anything like that. When I asked a few questions, the caller got weird, didn’t answer properly and then just ended the call. Feels a bit dodgy, like a scam to me!

I once decided to pay for their service, thinking it would help get safety flyers sponsored at a nearby school for a school term. Even after the contract ended, they keep ringing me every couple of months saying I haven't paid my last bill. Honestly, I wouldn't rely on them at all.
