These calls come through every few days about lunchtime. They know the last name right but only have the first letter of the first name, so they just try to guess it. They always ask for the same individual. I just say there’s nobody here with that name and then end the call. Seems a bit dodgy to me. Plus, they don’t seem very clever.

I’m pretty sure this is a SCAM call, cause when you ring the landline it just won’t connect. They say you can get free boilers through a government scheme, and somehow they already have your name, address and phone number. Please make sure to report this number to Action Fraud like I did, their site is www.actionfraud.police.uk - also make sure to register both your mobile and landline at www.tpsonline.org.uk - the more folks who report these annoying calls to the fraud team and TPS, the better chance we have to get the law involved and stop them for good.
