Waterloo Solutions - PPI claims once more. I told them I never had any PPI and suggested I might have been signed up unknowingly. Fair enough, but I've never paid anything so it doesn't bother me. Then they got a bit cheeky and called me ignorant. What a muppet!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from "You claim for Me". The lady said I'd already chatted with a colleague and given some info, but when I asked what info, she just said my contact details - which seemed odd. I don’t remember any earlier talks with them at all. When I pressed for answers, she just ended the call abruptly.

I let it go to voicemail and they just hung up once the answer phone started. I'm registered with the TPS and I've heard that if you do take part in a survey, the protection weakens a bit. But if you tell them you're on the TPS and ask them to stop calling, I think your TPS protection gets fully restored.

Since I don’t have a voice box because of my laryngectomy, I usually rely on my answer machine to handle calls.
