Had a lady on the phone who said her name was Alison, said she was ringing from tmobile with a "fantastic offer" for the newest Samsung phone for just £10 per month, including unlimited texts, calls, data and 200 minutes abroad. I asked her for her address and she told me 297 Oxford Street in London, but when I looked it up there's actually three shops there, none with that number she gave. Seems dodgy to me, feels like a scam.

Got a call from a woman with a foreign accent claiming she was from 3. She never used my name or anything, just started telling me about some great offer on the latest iPhone. I quickly told her I wasn’t interested and wasn’t thinking of signing up for any new contracts. We wrapped up the chat fairly quickly. She sounded quite friendly, but after seeing what others have said, maybe that’s just part of their trick to reel you in.

Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent, said he was from Microsoft, calling on 01923 340764 at about 10:24. He already knew my name and part of my address, which was a bit creepy. I asked him straight up what he wanted - my bank info or credit card details? The only answer I got was a load of swearing. Then, just a minute later, he rang back again, this time from 01242 604186, and was equally rude with the same kind of filthy language. Quite dodgy if you ask me.

Got a call from this number early this morning around 7.45, answered and they just cut off. They’ve called me a few times now pretending to be from Amazon, but they’re definitely not! It’s a scam, trying to trick you into giving away your info. Don’t ever press any keys when they tell you to, or try to stop fake charges - they’re just after your details. Stay safe. Cheers, David
