I had a rather peculiar call from a chap sporting a thick accent who claimed to represent BT Openreach and wanted to have a chinwag about my broadband service. He then asked if I could verify my details and if I was indeed the account holder. Given that I'm not a BT broadband customer, I let him know in no uncertain terms what I thought of his efforts. Quite the experience!
