Once again, I've received a call from a pesky claims line that I never asked for. Honestly, when will these daft individuals figure out that if they fail to properly introduce themselves or provide any traceable details, there’s absolutely zero chance anyone will bother to return their call? The caller didn't give their name or any info at all!

It's rather frustrating, isn't it? You pick up the call, and before you can even utter a full sentence, they've already hung up the moment you mention you're not the individual they were after. If you attempt to ring them back, all you hear is a piercing buzz - clearly, they have no intention of engaging with you. Quite rude, if you ask me!

Blimey, as soon as I pick up the phone, they hang up without letting me say a word! It's a right pain. I let them know I'm not the person they’re after, and bang, they cut the line.
