Received a call from some chaps promoting local magazines. I quickly ended the conversation.

I couldn’t find any reviews or comments about this number on other sites, so maybe that’s a positive? Has anyone else dealt with calls from it? I even tried putting in the number in a few different ways but still came up empty.

some bloke called me saying bt's swapping out copper phone lines for some internet thing. claimed it was announced by openreach or sumfink. bit odd coz i hadn't come across that news before. told him i wasn't bothered.

Someone rang me saying we'd signed up for an advert in the care in the community magazine, then started talking about a ‘discount’ on the money we supposedly owed. I told them we never agreed to any adverts and thought it sounded like a scam. They just hung up on me.
