I looked up the number here first, then went ahead and blocked it and deleted the contact.

Got a call from someone in India asking if I wanted to lodge a complaint with the council about my home. I’m not in a council property at all so it seemed like a random call trying to find out if your place is council-owned... then if you’ve got any issues to complain about! Seems like a scam to me. They said they were from “Council complaints” or something like that. Watch out for this one!
