This number rang me 4 times earlier today. The caller said they were with something called "British Nation" and wanted to ask three quick questions. I asked if they were representing the UK Government or maybe the BNP, but they went silent. When they called the second time, I warned them that any more calls would cost them £100 each. By the third and fourth calls, there was just silence on the other end.

This number, and similar ones, keep ringing me roughly every 20 minutes! Eventually I picked up, and a lady with an Asian accent asked for me by my name. I didn’t say it was me though, just asked who was calling. Then she said “Thanks for your time Mrs G###” and I repeated the question. After that, she just hung up, which showed me it was definitely a scam. People like that really annoy me - so rude! Watch out for these calls!

I had a conversation with an individual-this was my third attempt-having already requested that my number be taken off their list. On this occasion, I asked to speak with a manager. While I was sympathetic towards the representative, things took a turn when they resorted to rather impolite language and abruptly ended the call.
