I’m pretty sure it’s yet another ring from some company called Beneficial or summat like that. All these calls have that typical Asian accent and you can hear loads of noise in the background like it’s some busy call centre. I keep telling them to stop ringing me, but they just don’t listen. It’s well annoying! Block the number? Doesn’t help, they just come back calling from a different one every time. Proper frustrating!

Then, just for a laugh, I said there’s been a murder and I might need their name as a witness. They didn’t hang about and promised to take my number off their list. That little tactic really did the trick!
