Got a call early Saturday from someone named James saying he was from Microsoft. He told me there’d been error messages showing up the last couple of days. Thing is, #### has been off all week and the computer's been off too. My son, who works in IT support, helped set up our own server, so I'd reckon he'd have seen if anything was wrong. Pretty sure this was a scam.

Honestly, this kinda trick has been around as long as the internet itself. Shockin' that some folks still fall for it. If you come across one, make sure to report it. Just look up 'action fraud' and head over to the UK police website. Then find the phishing report section and scroll all the way down to begin. It's pretty simple to do.
