I hung up on this dodgy character before they even had a chance to utter a word. It was clear they were just a con artist masquerading as some kind of representative from BT or Microsoft. To be honest, I’ve got little love for either BT or Microsoft myself; I reckon they’re both a bit shady! - caller: Unknown
