Received a phone call from someone wanting to chat with our energy, specifically solar power, point of contact. I informed him that we weren't interested and, quite rightly, refused to transfer him to my colleague who manages that area. His response was rather rude, making a cheeky remark as if he were a representative from Camelot, saying I wouldn't be connecting him to her either! Not the best way to engage potential clients! The call came in at 15:20 on the 30th of January, 2024. It's clear that if he doesn't get his way, he resorts to being quite unpleasant.
