On 22nd August 2023, I picked up a call from this number but there was silence on the other end. I ended the call and decided to block them straight away.

Ugh, here we go again with the same old trick - pretending to be O2 with some "40% discount" if you just share the 2nd code they text you. Yeah, that’s basically giving them full access to your account. Honestly, when will the authorities finally start cracking down on these scammers? It’s about time they did something!!!!!
