I received a rather unsettling call from a woman named Natasha, who purported to be from the 'DV Group'. She mentioned something about a problem with my meter readings, but when she rattled off the last four digits of my 'account number', they were completely off the mark. It was clear to me she was merely trying to pry for personal information. Definitely a cold call and likely a scam. Just a heads-up to everyone-be cautious! The only information she seems to possess is readily available in public domains.

I had a rather persistent caller on the line today, aiming to chat with the individual listed on our British Gas account. They didn't seem to get the hint and rang me multiple times in quick succession! Quite the nuisance, if you ask me.
