I received a call from someone claiming to be from the utilities about smart meters. They bizarrely inquired if I use a key or card. When I pointed out they had dialled the wrong number because my meter situation is already taken care of, the caller, in a thick Geordie accent, pressed further with, "So how do you get your electricity then?"
