I received a call purporting to be from the FCA, inquiring about my life insurance coverage and whether I had been mis-sold any products. I refrained from giving out any personal information. The fact that the number had a local area code raised my suspicions immediately, leading me to believe this wasn't a legitimate FCA call at all.
