This number's rung me a couple of times, but I've never picked up. After seeing the reviews here, I reckon I won’t be answering next time either. For anyone who's taken the call and ended up hassled by First Utility, maybe filing a complaint with Ofgem could be more effective than the TPS. From what I gather, Ofgem do slap fines on bad customer service, so they’d probably want to look into this.

So the company behind this seems to be called "Inspired Outsourcing." Maybe try ringing their main line and either hanging up as soon as they pick up or just let it ring for a bit and then end the call after about 4 rings. Might be a bit of payback for them bothering us. They probably get your number from some website where you enter details for a 'free' something or a prize draw, and then sell your info on. Honestly, save each dodgy caller’s number under "SPAM" in your contacts, then when they ring, you’ll know straight away and can ignore them.
