I got a call from a woman who sounded foreign saying my computer was hacked. She claimed she was from Microsoft and gave me some Microsoft ID number, asking me to enter it on my PC. She got really loud and rude, so I just hung up. They kept calling non-stop for about half an hour and are still phoning me, being really aggressive. I think I’ll have to contact the police about this.

Over the past four days, this person has called me on twelve separate occasions. However, I have chosen not to answer as I am unfamiliar with the number and do not know who is calling. It's becoming quite exasperating; one would expect the caller to understand that continuous attempts will not yield a different outcome. If I choose not to answer, it implies that they should refrain from making further calls. To exacerbate matters, they never leave a voicemail, leaving me with nothing but a trail of missed calls.
