I reckon these calls started after I completed a survey to get a free box of Cadbury chocolates, which never actually turned up. Even though I ticked the box saying I didn’t want any info from other firms, I’ve been getting loads of annoying calls and emails out of the blue. I’m normally pretty cautious with this stuff, but the survey seemed legit enough at the time.
