I got a call from someone saying I’d be getting a letter in a couple of days about some kind of refund. No idea what it’s for though. Tried ringing back but just got a bloke telling me to email them if I want to opt out. Anyone knows what this is?

I got a call from 1stcallgroup (number starts with [###]) and when I tried ringing them back, they told me to email an address to unsubscribe. Haven't done it yet though. They’re apparently a cold calling firm from South Africa, working for companies like Tesco.
