Got a call off a woman saying I could claim PPI, which I definitely can't. She kept going on about it, so eventually I just ended the call.

Whenever I try to call back or pick up, there’s just silence on the other end.

Got a call from this number but couldn't pick up. Decided to ring back and was greeted by a strange automated voice with a strong American twang, asking me to stay on the line to speak to someone. Honestly, it sounded a bit like a chipmunk on helium! I stayed put for about five minutes, stuck with this awful fast-paced piano tune playing in the background. Eventually, I gave up since no one ever came on the line. Needless to say, I’ve blocked the number now.
