It keeps calling me and then cutting off.

On several occasions, this number has called me. The accent is quite peculiar, and I just can’t make heads or tails of it. It keeps coming through! I tried returning the call, only to be met by an answering machine. The voice is still that same strange accent, telling me I'm in a queue. It’s all rather baffling, to be honest!
