This number 0191 659 2214 keeps ringing me, it’s a bloke with a thick Asian accent who asks if he can just have 30 seconds, claims he’s not selling anything. He’s called me three times now, all on separate days and different times too. It’s really annoying! I’m on the TPS but that clearly hasn’t stopped him. The caller ID doesn’t show up at all, only when I do a 1471 after the call. Proper pest!

I've received calls on three separate occasions at random times, with the caller requesting just half a minute of my time, insisting that he isn't trying to sell anything. He has a thick Asian accent, which made it quite difficult for me to catch what he was saying. To top it off, the line was rather static, making it even harder to decipher.

On the 7th of May 2017, when i answered the phone it took ages for anyone to speak. Then a very strong accent asked for me but butchered my name so bad i barely knew it was me! I said yes, how can i help, but then the call just got cut off. Odd experience.

I've been getting calls from this bloke with a really thick foreign accent, always asking if I can spare just 30 seconds for some questions. I've told them a few times to put me on their do-not-call list, but today the guy flat out said, "No, I’m not doing that, I’ll keep ringing until you answer." I then asked to talk to his manager, and a different person with another foreign accent picked up. I repeated my request and he just ended the call. I'm pretty sure I won't be getting those annoying calls now!

Spoke with someone who had a strong Indian accent and seemed like a dodgy call centre job. I asked why they were ringing, and then the bloke just started swearing at me and cut off the call. Definitely felt like a scam.

Why hasn’t anyone put a stop to these callers? They need to limit adverts to just the post, then we can choose to throw it away straight away instead of being bombarded with calls all day long.
