Received a call from a new number, and although the voice was different, the pitch was just the same as before about government grants for insulation. I've informed the ICO about it.

My father, who's turning 90 soon, was left in a dreadful condition after receiving a call from this number. He even suffered an angina attack as a result of their alarming conversation.

This number is relentless - it calls me daily. It’s just a pre-recorded spiel regarding assessments for new boilers and the like. I actually pressed 2 to chat with a representative and expressed, "I've already sorted everything, so kindly cease the calls." To my astonishment, he retorted, "Oh, so you're already stripped off, are you?" followed by a barrage of insults. Disgraceful behaviour!

Just as noted previously:
I received a call claiming they were conducting a survey regarding complimentary boilers and insulation. They encouraged me to press 2 for my free consultation.
Out of curiosity, I pressed 2 (despite having received this service in the past and wanting these calls to stop). When I connected with a representative, they appeared utterly befuddled. I relayed the message from the call and inquired if they had any idea what I was referring to. He responded rather rudely, “Of course I do, you daft fool.” When I requested to be taken off their call list, he abruptly disconnected the call.

I then tried 1471 which revealed the number 0191 6541236.... I called it back only to be met with a recorded message stating, “This number is not in service.”.... beep
And that was that.

I just had a call from this number, but they hung up before I could pick up. Utter time wasters! They really ought to be reported. It’s quite worrying when you’re expecting important calls and get these nuisance interruptions instead. It’s really not on-this needs to come to a halt!

I’m utterly fed up with these incessant phone calls. They're completely silent, which only adds to the frustration. My partner really struggles with anxiety and has mental health issues, so these calls really unsettle her. It would be brilliant if we could find a way to put an end to this nuisance. I received a phone call earlier, and the recorded message claimed they were conducting a survey for complimentary boilers or insulation. It prompted me to press 2 for my free survey, so naturally, I pressed it, although I have absolutely no interest in a new boiler or these incessant calls! When I finally got through and uttered a greeting, they promptly disconnected me. I then dialled 1471 to trace the number, which turned out to be 0191 6541236. Upon calling this number, I was met with a message stating, "This number is not in service." Typical! *beep* What a waste of time!
