I received a call from someone inquiring about my life insurance policy. The thing is, I don’t even have one, which raised a bit of a warning bell for me. I suspect they’re just confirming that the number is still in use, and then they'll pass it on to someone else. Blocking them seems pointless since I doubt they’ll be the ones ringing me again.

I've just had a rather dodgy call from someone claiming to be providing a knockdown deal on my O2 contract. Of course, I thought it best to double-check, so I rang O2 directly. They assured me that they had no involvement with that call whatsoever. It's clear that this number is a right scam!
