This appears to be just another one of those PPI claims outfits, going by the name "Claims Desk" or something of that sort. I'd steer clear of them if I were you-total scam! Best to give them a wide berth!

When I answered, there was no response to my greeting. After a brief moment of silence, they just disconnected the call.
