If anyone really wants to put a halt to these scam calls, they should take a look at the post from 15/11 below and actually take some responsibility. I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who's reported this number so far. How many people have even looked at this thread? No wonder these con artists keep getting away with it.

I got a call earlier today, and my phone had the courtesy to alert me with a scam warning before I even picked up. So, I decided to let it ring out instead of answering. I received a rather persuasive call claiming to be from O2, promising a lovely 25% discount on my account. They sent me texts and even provided authorisation codes when I probed further about why they didn’t simply adjust my account directly without the need for a phone call. Quite suspicious, if you ask me! As soon as I started questioning them, they abruptly ended the call. Be cautious, everyone!

Someone rang saying they were from O2 and that I could get a 20% discount on my bill. They wanted a 6 digit code that O2 was meant to send me. I told them to just give me the discount and hung up. They called back, insisting it wasn't a scam and said it was safe to share the code. I told them not to call me ever again, then they hung up. Just as I was about to put the phone down, a recorded message in French started playing.
