I got a call from this noisy call centre, and the person on the line already knew my name. They kept talking about making extra money, but their voice was really muffled and hard to understand.

Today I've had about six annoying calls, which seems pretty normal these days. I've put my mobile on the TPS but now have to hang on for 28 days before I can tell if it's made any difference. I'm jotting down every number and time they ring. Honestly, I wish these pests would get fined so heavily they think twice about calling again!
