The 1471 showed me 01914561870, but the person on the line also mentioned 08001514682 claiming to be from SKY. They said someone would visit between 9 and 10 in the morning on Saturday to swap my SKY box. They told me I had to be in otherwise I’d lose my connection. They also said I’m entitled to a 35% discount because I’m an OAP! When they asked for my bank details, I just told them ‘no thanks’ and hung up.
