Refused to tell me his name and got all defensive when I asked where he got my details from. It was just another one of those dodgy timeshare compensation scams. Couldn’t answer any questions and turned quite hostile. Today alone I’ve had calls from three separate companies pulling the same trick. Be really careful with these chancers - they’re just former timeshare sellers using unlawful info to try and scam you twice over.

I recently encountered a dodgy time share compensation scheme that seemed to rely on some unlawfully sourced information. The individual I spoke with on the phone was rather pushy and couldn't provide any details about their employer. Quite concerning, to say the least!

Called me claiming to be from an independent intermediary or timeshare solicitor or something like that. They dodged saying who exactly they were representing and wouldn't say how they had got hold of my info. As soon as I brought up GDPR and data protection, they just ended the call. Totally feels like a scam.

Got a call from some dodgy solicitors claiming to be about a timeshare deal. Total third party scam if you ask me!

No idea how Richard got hold of our home and mobile numbers. He said he was some kind of agent for timeshare claims. He mentioned government departments but never named any actual ones. Feels like a dodgy timeshare exit scheme to me.

Got a call from some timeshare company, they said they had our details from a timeshare referral list. They claimed they could help us recover cash from a dodgy timeshare loan that wasn’t properly regulated. Felt like typical cold calling stuff to me!
