I've gone ahead and configured my phone to automatically decline calls from that number. While it still shows up on the caller ID, it now skips the ringing altogether. My phone gives me a nudge that they’ve tried to get in touch, but honestly, that reminder can be even more annoying than the initial call from EDF!
