Lately I've been getting loads of random calls from scammers, feels like every trick in the book is being used. After seeing what others have said, I’m proper relieved I ignore unknown numbers and just block 'em straight away. These lot are a right menace, causing all kinds of trouble especially for vulnerable folks. It’s about time something was done to stop these nuisance callers who don’t respect our privacy, be it at home or work. The worst bit? Even when I block some numbers, they still manage to leave voicemails! Honestly don’t get how that’s allowed.

Got a voicemail from someone speaking with a thick American accent saying there's a fraud case against me and to ring this emergency HMRC number 1913081898. Doesn’t make sense for HMRC to use a US voice for something so serious. This is definitely a scam and the police really need to do something about it.
