Heads up about this outfit! They called from a Durham area code but sounded like they were based in Indonesia. The lady claimed she wasn't trying to sell anything but then started asking me three questions. When I asked her to say the company name again because I missed it, she just ended the call straight away! I reckon they might be trying to fish out passwords, so I’d seriously suggest not answering any of their questions!

Don’t fall for it, they pretend they’re not trying to sell anything but really they just want your personal info. It’s all a scam. They’ll probably call you again from a different number, so just keep blocking them and don’t give out any details.

Luckily my phone was on silent so I didn’t get disturbed, but after seeing the messages here I just went ahead and blocked the number.

They somehow already had my full name, which was a bit creepy. Tried to ask about our gas and electricity provider. The caller spoke with a really thick Indian accent, so it was hard to catch what they said. Wonder where they dug up my name from.

He asked if I read newspapers, whether I own or rent my place, who supplies my energy and how I usually pay the bills. Didn't ask for any sensitive info though. When I questioned what it was all for, he said something about statistics but was pretty vague and dodgy in answering. Not entirely sure what they were after but I’m always wary of these kinds of calls.
