I'm absolutely exasperated with these constant calls, save for Sundays, of course. The other day, I picked up only to be met by a rather arrogant chap who was dreadfully pushy. He insisted I could have a complimentary smart meter. I politely declined, explaining that my current provider has already offered me one free of charge. You wouldn't believe it - he just started raising his voice, demanding that I listen to his spiel about how they don’t actually give out free smart meters. I found his behaviour quite distressing and promptly cut the call. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, they tried to ring me again the following day from a different number. Honestly, how rude and insistent can they be?

Got a call from some scammer, they asked if I was Mr Smith - a name I only use to attract spam. When I said no, she kept going on about my electricity.
