This lady on the phone couldn’t even say "smart meters" right, and she butchered the company’s name as well. Makes you wonder why they’d employ someone like that. I got suspicious straight away from her accent, and then she suddenly starts asking about my finances within seconds. What has that got to do with trying to explain smart meters so poorly? I don’t get it at all.
