I've been plagued by incessant calls from this number. Each time I pick up, they simply hang up-well, except for that one occasion when they attempted to persuade me to switch my energy provider. When I firmly expressed that I wasn't interested in making any changes, they kept pushing for an explanation. In the end, I demanded they take my details off their list, but that clearly fell on deaf ears, as I've already received two more calls from them today alone!

I was with Economy Energy for about a year and it was a complete disaster. They said they'd provide smart meters with the prepayment plan but never actually did. Kept getting calls about unpaid bills, even though I was up to date. I had to threaten to take legal action just to get them to stop. Their call centres are based abroad as well, so I just blocked the number in the end.
