7 yearsGot a call yesterday from someone claiming to be Carphone Warehouse. I told them I was busy and to ring me over the weekend instead. But today, being Friday, they've already rung me twice more. Seriously, it's not the weekend yet, I'm still working here!Carphone Warehouse7 yearsGot a call from Carphone a while back, just telling me my contract was almost up and suggesting some fresh plans. Pretty standard stuff, nothing suspicious about it.7 yearsUgh, got a call from Carphone Warehouse pushing me to upgrade (which I foolishly agreed to). After changing my mind about the deal, it’s been nothing but hassle for the past couple of weeks to try and fix it. Seriously, don’t bother ordering by phone - go straight to the shop. Staff in-store were no help, just telling me it's my problem since I confirmed the deal over the phone. Definitely won’t be dealing with Carphone Warehouse again. I’ll give them 3 stars though because the number is legit, the phone showed up quickly, and in a colour that the shop didn’t have in stock. It’s just such a pain if you want to change your decision!CarphoneWarehouseCarphone Warehouse7 yearsGot three calls from this number today. Picked up the first one but no sound from their side.
