They've been ringing me a couple of times every day for more than a week. As soon as I pick up, the line just cuts off. I made the error of seeing if I was eligible for an upgrade ?? Turns out it’s my own mobile network pestering me. Definitely not renewing my contract in two months when it ends!

Got a call from Carphone Warehouse trying to sell me an upgrade again, even tho I already chatted to them once. I actually got my contract through mobiles.co.uk, which I found out is owned by the same company. They seem to be using some sort of auto dialler because whenever I answer, I hear them talking to someone else, then suddenly they notice and just hang up. Honestly, the rudest and most unprofessional call experience I’ve had so far.

I’ve had about enough of Carphone Warehouse constantly bothering me. I’m perfectly capable of handling my phone contract myself without some company sticking their nose in. I really don’t like how they keep butting in like that. It’s just plain disrespectful, if nothing else.
