Received a rather unexpected call, supposedly from the now-defunct Toto Energy. Just a word of caution, Toto Energy, which took over from the previous failing provider Solarplicity, was not exactly stellar when it came to customer service - in fact, they were downright dreadful! Their flashy website didn’t make up for the fact that they left customers in the lurch, leading to their own downfall. Now, it appears Toto has been consumed by the equally dismal nPower Energy, notorious for their poor customer ratings and based in the Tyneside region. Quite a confusing situation! - Caller: Allegedly Toto Energy (now out of business).
