They just won’t stop ringing! I told them multiple times to remove me from their list, yet they keep calling - first from a Durham number, then from one in Newcastle. It’s quite infuriating, especially since they’ve been rather impolite during the calls.

I've received two calls from this number today, claiming to be from PHONE SPOT and somehow linked to Carphone Warehouse. They mentioned that their system indicated my mobile contract is nearing its end. They proposed I could save a fiver a month if I opted for an upgrade with them immediately. I made it clear that I wasn't interested in upgrading, rather I wanted to reduce my tariff. The representative then offered me a £21 month-to-month deal, including the incentive of a free upgrade down the line if I chose to take it. However, when I expressed my preference to speak directly with my usual provider in person, he promptly cut the call.
