Not sure who they are, so I just ignored the call. Better not to pick up if you don't recognise the number.

The phone rang loads of times but no one said anything. Then the call just ended after a couple of seconds.

Someone rang me up and asked if I was the person they were looking for, then checked if I got their info pack. I was curious and asked what it was about and where they’d sent it. It was about PPI, but what really freaked me out was that the caller actually knew both my full name and exact address.
