I got about 30 calls from this number and finally someone answered, saying I could claim for an accident I supposedly had. They even knew my name, which was weird because I’ve never been in an accident. Plus, I never agreed to be contacted, so it feels like they’re ignoring GDPR rules. Honestly, they should be stopped.

Someone keeps calling but never picks up when I try to ring back. It's so annoying!

The phone went off, and when I picked it up, there was the unmistakable sound of voices chattering away in the background. Before I could piece together what was happening, they hung up. It seems some folk might not grasp the basic etiquette of phone calls - a little introduction wouldn’t go amiss!

got calls from this ppi firm every day since 23rd may! they kept asking my name and said a really important letter was on the way that I had to send back quick because of a deadline. i only answered cos I'm sorting my own ppi claim and figured it might be something serious. won't be picking up again, definitely blocked them now.

I've never heard of anyone from Tyne and Wear, and they never left a voicemail. They rang me a couple of times, but I’ve blocked the number now.
