Today, this number rang me up and when I answered with a simple hello, all I got was silence but I could hear someone breathing. I tried saying hello louder the second time but then they just cut the call. It was so frustrating since I was trying to watch something on the telly. Seriously, why do some folk find it fun to mess about like that?
