I’m thinking maybe we should check if their parent firm pulls in more than £36m a year - if so, they could be in serious trouble under the Modern Slavery Act, which hits harder than anything Ofcom’s got. Might be worth a look!

This bloke called me, sounded like he had an ethnic accent, definitely not British, said his name was Brad. When I asked why I'd be interested in stuff from a random cold call, he just hung up. I’m flagging this as harassing since I’ve got a Special Needs Child who gets really upset by these kinds of calls.

Sometimes they chat rubbish or shout abuse, other times they're just quiet. They're obviously scammers. I always try to be polite and tell them if I needed a solicitor, I’d call one myself, or if I wanted help with PPI, I’d deal with it. These people are proper scumbags, but sadly they’re allowed to keep going. The numbers just get recycled and stay on lists forever and it feels like no one in authority is bothered to stop them.

Got a call the other day where no one spoke a word. Honestly, what’s the point of having a phone if you can’t even say hi? Got a call from someone asking for the previous owner of this number, but they never said who they were or which organisation they belonged to. They just kept insisting on talking to whoever used the number before. Quite odd, really.
